We hope all in Old Gaelic Nation are having a great Memorial Day. Amongst the grilled meats, opened pools, and fun, we hope you take a moment to remember the ultimate sacrifices made to create this day of remembrance.
That being said, Old Gaelic had it won Memorial Day last weekend, in honor of our friend and leader Frank Lentz IV. It was a great family affair, with pot lock contributions from many, our EPRU Championship trophy celebration and t-shirt fundraiser, many generation of Gaelic present, a U-23 training session and Hoops.
The day to remember our friend has taken several iterations the last few years, but this was agreed upon as the best! Mark down Friends and Family Appreciation Day on your calendars the weekend before Memorial Day (his Birthday weekend) moving forward. The only way we will have to postpone is if and when we are playing in the National Championship, a Frank-approved concession.
